McDowell Clean provides residential cleaning services, including standard cleaning and specialty add-ons.
2. Booking
All appointments must be booked through our website only. We do not accept bookings by phone, text, or email.
3. Payments
All payments are processed through our website at the time of booking. We accept credit and debit cards securely through Stripe.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe access to the home. Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets prior to service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge.
7. Liability
McDowell Clean is insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed household items.
8. Privacy
Client information is kept secure and used only for scheduling, billing, and communication.
9. Photos of Work Performed
By booking a cleaning service with McDowell Clean, you consent to our cleaners taking before and after photos of the areas serviced. These photos are used strictly for quality assurance, training, and (with identifying details removed) marketing purposes. We will never photograph personal belongings unrelated to cleaning or share identifiable details without your explicit permission.

McDowell Clean may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
